The tripod arrived quickly, it was packed well: in a box and a case (the box bent a little, but that's nothing). The tripod itself is whole, easy to assemble and adjust. Does not eat. The legs are slightly scratched during transportation, but this is not critical. For its price the quality is excellent. Did not communicate with the seller. I recommend it.
